Florida, Our Beautiful Home State
Florida is one of largest states in the country for community association living, with approximately 50,000 associations presently in the state. Although the number of associations is overwhelming, managing one doesn’t have to be.
At The Hernandez Legal Group we pride ourselves on offering a tailored approach to each association we represent, which is centered around what best serves their needs rather than a one-size fits all plan. This is because we understand that association directors and property managers are tasked with nothing less than the board members elected to run a fortune 500 company, however, rather than voting on stock splits and dividend distributions, the decisions at an association affect what truly matters most to a person—their homes and families.
